Client Experience (Past and/or Present):

 

         Regina Cik has directed Phase I and Phase II environmental assessments for commercial and industrial properties in accordance with State of Ohio EPA clean property standards.  These services reduce environmental liability while protecting real estate equity.  Procedures include:  property inspections; historical site research; government records review; aerial photography review; borings and sampling; ground water testing; monitoring well installation; UST leak detection; materials inspection and testing; indoor air quality analysis; and environmental risk analysis.  Ms. Cik has expertise in quality control/quality assurance for both field and laboratory testing.

 

         Ms. Cik is experienced in remediation analysis, design and supervision.  She has evaluated environmental compliance of properties per Ohio EPA property standards.  Ms. Cik has conducted surface and subsurface investigations for engineering and remedial design.  Parameters including soil rock coring, ground water evaluations, ground water quality, and laboratory testing and analysis.  Ms. Cik possesses expertise in soil, concrete, bentonite and fabric remediation containment techniques.

 

         Ms. Cik is experienced in hydrogeology and hydrology analysis, including design recommendations for a variety of engineering and environmental remediation sites.  Expertise includes:  ground water quantity and quality analysis, landfill evaluation, earthwork projects, hydrogeological investigations, monitoring well installation, contaminant testing, and landfill reclamation.  Additionally, Ms. Cik is experienced in computer flow, fate and transport, and other modeling.

Client Experience (Past and/or Present):

 

          David Jilbert is a project manager who interfaces with Real Estate Buyers, Sellers, Developers, Lenders, Attorneys, and Government Agencies.  Mr. Jilbert’s duties include pre-proposal to post-report contact responsibilities, and the delivery of oral and written presentations. Mr. Jilbert’s eighteen-year career as Director of Operations has given him strong communications, public relations and management skills allowing him to serve the environmental and geotechnical needs of the real estate community. He has worked on over 2500 Phase I and Phase II Environmental Assessments.

 

          Mr. Jilbert has field experience in conducting field investigations, including set-up of test equipment and drilling machines in order to obtain soil, ground water, and rock samples. In addition, he has analyzed various materials, including surface and subsurface soil and ground water to obtain physical and chemical data for the purpose of conducting environmental assessments for construction, development and land planning clients.

 

          Mr. Jilbert has expertise in the organization and analysis of historic property use data from public sources, as well as maps, drawings, and charts for environmental report presentations. He is familiar with remedial actions regarding hazardous materials, including asbestos, formaldehyde, PCBs, and other materials of concern.

 

          Mr. Jilbert has acquired a working understanding of State of Ohio Environmental Administrative Rules and Regulations and Ohio Bureau of Underground Storage Tank Regulations (BUSTR).
